Overview
To save your time, DocuNote provides some templates that help you create your documents and other items efficiently and quickly. A template may contain repeated text, graphics, value placeholders, page setup and layout information, etc. Starting with a template, you can create a new document (Documents - Creating document) and edit it according to your needs.

The DocuNote application includes the following templates:
- Blank templates - The quick templates available to everyone reside here. For details, see Blank templates.
- Document emplates - Where you can organize the document templates into folders. Unlike Blank templates, the Document templates could be secured with appropriate permissions. For details, see Document templates.
- E-mail templates - You can upload here your e-mail MS Outlook templates in MSG format. For details, see Using e-mail templates
- Meeting requests - Lets you create the meeting requests in MS Outlook by merging data from DocuNote. For details, see Meeting requests
- Tasks (Outlook) - Lets you generate Outlook tasks in MS Outlook by merging data from DocuNote. For details, see Outlook tasks
- Phrases - Allows you to generate phrases to use in documents. For details, see Phrase library - adm.
- Report templates - Allows you to create case reports. For details, see Cases - Reports
- Media folder templates - Allows you to generate reports on media folders. For details, see Media folder templates

Right-clicking the header bar allows you to switch between Details and List views. Alternatively, you can define a default view by configuring (Explorer settings).
