Phrase library provides users with access to the central repository with text phrases that can be easily processed in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Please check the following setting under Settings>Office integration settings.

| (583) Expand/collapse Phrase library tree structure | Sets the default expanded/collapsed view for the Phrase library tree structure: |
| • All expanded - the tree structure is displayed in the expanded view by default; | |
| • All collapsed - the tree structure is displayed in the collapsed view by default; | |
| • Remember last used - last collapsed/expanded state for every folder/subfolder is remembered per user. |
