Overview

The media folder template allows you to create a well-structured data output with the pictures and videos on your iOS client.

Creating media folder template

To upload the media folder template, follow the next steps:

1. Click DocuNote to access Backstage panel, and then click Templates*.*
2. Navigate to the Media folder templates folder.
3. Create a new report template in one of the following ways:
   • On the Ribbon bar, click the New template icon.
   • Or, in the navigation tree on the left, right-click on the Report template and select Create > Template*.*
4. Click the Browse*...* button to locate a template you want to upload.
5. Provide the template with a Name.
6. When done, click OK.

• Only one media folder template can be used at a time. You cannot upload multiple media folder templates. </aside>

Putting placeholders into templates

In order to fill your target reports with the relevant information, you need to put some special placeholders in your templates. Later, when the report is generated, these references will be replaced with the actual values.
