DocuNote Outlook add-in makes it possible to attach documents or the references to the documents to an outgoing e-mail message or appointment. You will no longer have to open DocuNote client while working in Outlook.

From DocuNote version 6.9, “The New Outlook”-add-in is supported for the most used features
Some DocuNote functions do not work with "The New Outlook". In these cases, the pop-up below will be shown.

Please note:
It is possible to attach documents from all your Favourites.
You can expand the folders and cases nested under your favourites inside Outlook add-in to easily find the items you need.

To attach a document to an outgoing e-mail message:
In the New Mail Window, Click the DocuNote icon

Tip:
This opens “The New Outlook” DocuNote-App with the following options
From here you must chose a location, to make the Send and Save button active. You can take advantage of the same possibilities as when you archive email.

When location has been chosen, and all other changes has been done, click “Send and Save”.
