Overview
DocuNote makes it possible to publish Agendas to FirstAgenda portal.
Publishing to FirstAgenda is possible during the following stages of a meeting:
- Locking the Agenda - After moving all needed items to the meeting, you can lock the agenda and choose to publish it to FirstAgenda. See 3.0 Locking agenda - Agenda (User)
- Locking the Appendix - After adding additional documents to your ongoing meeting, you can lock the Appendix and choose to publish to FirstAgenda. See ‣
- Locking minutes After the meeting has ended and you have locked the minutes, you can choose to publish to FirstAgenda. See Locking minutes
- Publishing - After locking the appropriate version of your agenda at any stage, you can Publish it to the FirstAgenda portal, using the Publish button on the ribbon bar. See Publishing the agenda
Setting up Committee for FirstAgenda Publishing
If you want to publish Agendas to a particular committee on FirstAgenda portal, you need to apply the following settings to that committee:
- Right-click on the Commitee
- Go to the Properties of the Committee
- Go to the Internal settings
- Check the Internal Prepare/FirstAgenda Publishing checkbox

⚠️ Please note:
- Members of the committee won't be transformed from DocuNote to FirstAgenda. They need to be added as the team members on the FirstAgenda portal manually by the administrator.
- Only administrators can manually unpublish published agendas from the FirstAgenda portal.
