When the meeting has ended, and you want to lock the final agenda document with minutes, navigate to the meeting, right-click it and select Lock minutes from the context menu, or select Lock minutes from the Ribbonbar.

In the Confirmation dialog box, mark one or more of the following checkboxes:

Generate minutes (Flow overview and preview - Agenda (User))

- If journalization has not been completed, you can roll back your changes and unlock the agenda minutes by right-clicking the meeting and selecting Unlock minutes from the context menu.

- Unlocking the minutes will offer a rollback to Supplementary agenda locked or Created*,*** and not just unlock the minutes!

- From DocuNote version 7.1, it is possible to publish internally without first adding a checkmark in Journalize.

Journalize decisions
- Decisions made will be archived without the possibility of rolling back. A new version of the document will be created for each agenda item originating from the organization. The new version will contain the decision at the end of the document.

Please note:
- Generated minutes will be named after the meeting's name, the meeting's start date and time, as well as end time.
- If the meeting status has been changed to "minutes locked" and the meeting date is today, the current meeting will be moved to Completed the next day.
- A meeting is moved to Completed if all of the following conditions are met:
- Meeting date < today
- Meeting status is "minutes locked"
