Overview

Phrase library is the DocuNote add-in which provides direct access to your text phrases while writing in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Please note:

• From DocuNote version 6.9, “The new Outlook”-add-in is supported for the most used features

• Some DocuNote functions do not work with "The new Outlook". In these cases, the pop-up below will be shown.

The phrases are stored as a central repository in DocuNote and can be easily managed if the relevant permissions are granted.

To activate the 'Phrase library' add-in, click the Phrase library on the ribbon bar.
