Overview

From DocuNote version 7.0 it is possible to use the Phrase Library for "The New Outlook"

Supported Phrase Library functionality

• Phrase library tree

• Insert phrase at cursor via double-click/context menu

• Switch between Phrases and Favourites tab

• Find Favourites in Phrase library tree

• Add/Remove phrase as favourite

• Update tree

• Search phrase

  Tip:

  • Since phrase and library maintenance cannot be done in "The New Outlook", a functionality has been implemented to locate the phrase in Docunote using a .DNO </aside>
