A document status describes the current document state, e.g. draft, reviewed, approved. DocuNote provides a number of default document statuses which you can assign to the document. In addition to default statuses, you can create your own custom statuses. For details, see Documents and cases - statuses (Administrator guide).
Select the document and click Properties on the ribbon bar. The Properties form will appear.
Using Status drop-down box, select the task available in the list.

Save your changes.
After you finish your document editing, either by “check-in” or by closing via the “x”, one of the below dialog boxes appears.
Select the status next to the Status drop-down box.
Click OK.
