Documents

• GDPR: A new setting makes it possible to specify how many days cached preview documents (PDF) are stored on the client. Previously, this period was constant. Now it can be set in relation to your own GDPR policies. The shorter the time the cached documents are stored, the more time will be used for conversion and fetching previews, as the "hit rate" in the cache becomes lower. (Documents settings)

• PDF documents are no longer checked for passwords when they are added to DocuNote for performance reasons.

• Adding properties to multiple documents now has a progress bar

• Excel Add-in changed editing status at network changes. The handling has been optimized.

• Draft/Published versioning has been changed when copying documents, so it is possible via a setting to specify whether drafts or published versions should be created. (see setting 755 Documents settings)

Cases

• The rollout of views from the Case Type has been moved to a service for performance reasons.
• Adding properties to multiple cases now has a progress bar status
• Descriptions can be set on case types. When creating a new case, the description is displayed when the mouse is held over the case type. (Cases - Create new case)

Log

• The Log settings have been discontinued, so you can no longer turn the log on and off for individual modules. The log is now mandatory, which promotes troubleshooting.
