DocuNote digital mail module is designed for integration with Danish digital mail solution. The functionality covers all stages of sending messages – document preparation (merge, converting to PDF), archiving to DocuNote, sending to Digital mail, receiving delivery confirmation.

There are two properties of Digital mail that should be configured by administrator (See link below):

• Sender systems - the list of configurations of the external system. The data for the following parameters should be provided by Digital mail consultant.
• Receiver system - the list of configurations for the receiver system. The data for the following parameters should be provided by Digital mail consultant.

  • The following characters is some of the not accepted; *< > : " / \ | ? , why these are removed from the filename before distribution - automatically.
• In DocuNote version 7.1, an update prepares the sending and receiving systems for MeMo 1.2, ensuring a smooth transition ahead of the mandatory timeline on March 1, 2026, while keeping compatibility with MeMo 1.1 during the transition period. </aside>
