Overview

Sender systems connect the DocuNote service "Digital Post" to the State's NgDP (New Generation Digital Post) system, and manage user access to distribute and handle documents to "Digital Mail", from DocuNote to contacts and companies via CPR and CVR.


Sender system

To distribute documents via "Digital Post", it is necessary to configure sender system parameters under DocuNote System Setup.

Follow the steps below to access the sender system setup:

  1. Click Docunote to access the Administration area and select System Setup.
  2. Under the Documents and Cases tab, in the Integration section, expand Digital Mail and select Sender Systems.
