Case mapping is used to define DocuNote location for saving distributed documents.
Case mapping type must have a name and a set of parameters that coincides with a case of any particular contact.

Click on DocuNote to open Backstage panel and open System Setup
Click Case archive mapping.
The ‘Case archive mapping types’ dialog box is displayed:
Click Add to setup a “New case archive mapping”. (See parameter description at the bottom of this page.)
(Below is example with Combo box, based on DocuNote version 6.7)
In the Name field, specify the name for case mapping.
In the Distribution criteria table, choose between the following:
A) - Case identity (person or company) is equal to contact identity - mark if you want the distributed documents to be archived in a case that is linked to recipients identity, and fill out ‘Case type is’ and/or ‘AND custom field type is’.

Case type is - check the checkbox and select the case type if you need to archive documents in a case that has a particular type.

This will also automatically add the the template folders of the case type, in the dropdown menu under "Folder name" when distributing to digital mail - below picture is an example from the dialog box in question.
