You can easily keep track of the changes made to DocuNote items by subscribing yourself or any other user to the Subscription activity monitor system. For example, you can check when a document was updated, published or deleted, or when the case permissions were changed, etc.

In addition, you can configure the e-mail notifications to be sent when there is a change to any case or document. You can decide how often you want to receive e-mails: immediately, daily, or weekly. Immediate notifications are sent as individual e-mail messages, and daily or weekly notifications are combined into summary messages.

Subscription for cases

If you would like to be aware of the changes performed on the specific case, follow below steps:

  1. Right-click the case and select Other functions*>* Manage subscriptions from the context menu.

  1. Click Add to create a new subscription and specify the user who will be subscribed to the case. You can sign up yourself and any other users as well.

  1. Specify how often the e-mail should be sent:
