Improved visibility of file extensions in version history

This update enhances transparency when reviewing document versions by displaying file extension icons and enriching log entries.

What’s New:

• Extension Icon in Version History: A new column in the version form displays the document’s extension icon without a header, making it easier to identify file types at a glance.
• Tooltip for Icons: Hovering over the extension icon now shows a tooltip with the file extension, such as “.docx,” providing immediate context.
• Expanded Log Information: When a new version is uploaded, the log now includes key properties similar to those captured during initial upload. This includes file extension changes, making it easier to trace and debug modifications across versions.

These improvements streamline version tracking and enhance the auditability of file changes.

Improved default behaviour for version uploads

This update ensures that the upload version dialog aligns with setting 136, enhancing consistency and user control when uploading new document versions.

What’s New:

• Dynamic Default Check-in: The default suggestion when uploading a new version now respects setting 136, instead of always defaulting to draft.
• User Preference Retention: If “user’s last choice” is selected in setting 136, the dialog will now remember and reuse the last selected check-in type specifically for version uploads.
