Clearer Entra ID status in the Activity Center

The Activity Center previously showed a misleading status message related to Entra ID synchronization for customers who have never used or configured this feature. This has been corrected to avoid confusion.

What's changed:

• Accurate status for non-users: If Entra ID synchronization has never been initiated, the Activity Center now clearly shows "Last Entra ID sync: Not in use" instead of displaying a misleading message.
• Detailed status when applicable: Customers who have run an Entra ID sync will continue to see the usual information including timestamp and result, consistent with other synchronization services.
• Cleaner layout: If Entra ID is not configured, the entire Entra ID section may be hidden from the Activity Center to reduce clutter.
• Button display fix: A minor UI fix ensures the button label in the Entra ID section is no longer cut off at the bottom.

This change prevents unnecessary confusion and support queries for customers who do not use Entra ID synchronization.
