In General

With DocuNotes report tool, data can be extracted, e.g., search results or views on the DocuNote database and/or other databases. When extracting data from databases, specific report templates can be predefined/developed to process and present large amounts of data, such as diagrams.

Reports can also be inserted via a metadata field on the case metadesign. This function can, among other things, help the user get an overview of eg. related cases, key figures, or something entirely different.

In DocuNote's Report Manager, reports that deliver data from other systems can also be loaded. For example, key figures from an ERP system or similar that relate to the case being worked on can be displayed on the metaform design.
