Overview

The Report tab in the License Manager is useful tool for administrators where the reports can be uploaded to a report database without having to upload reports to each DocuNote client individually. Files that are uploaded are report definition files that are created in Telerik Report Designer and realized at run time as a processed report.

Uploading reports

To upload a new report, navigate to the License Manager, and then:

  1. Shift to the Reports tab.
  2. On ribbon bar, click New report.

  1. Provide the report with a Report name and Description.
  2. Relate the report to specific object type, by using the Report type drop-down box.
  3. Click Browse... to upload the .tdrx file from local PC.
  4. Select the Active check box to make the report downloadable in the Report manager.
  5. Select the Item-based check box to relate the report to specific document/file/contact.
  6. Specify the Version compatibility and Customer access filters for the report. This will ensure that your customers access only the relevant reports.
  7. Click Save.
