DocuNote Basket is a virtual location for keeping your frequently accessed documents in one place and processing them together. Imagine, that you need to send multiple documents from different locations via e-mail. Instead of copying each document to one folder, you simply may add the documents to Basket and then send them via e-mail in one go.
Unlike Favourite folders, Basket is intended for temporary references to documents that are often auto-cleaned up from the reference storage. Therefore, it has a simple structure with no subfolders.
For information about Basket settings, see Administrator manual (number 95 -Documents settings ).
To add a necessary document to DocuNote Basket, right-click the document. Then, point to Basket from the context menu and select Add to Basket.
