Overview

Favourite folders help you to keep your most-used items easily visible, so you can quickly access content without having to browse through all DocuNote business units.

Each user can customize the favourite folders for their own use. These folders are located at the top of the organization tree.

Creating favourite folders

To create a new favourite folder:

1. Right-click the Favourites node and select Create new favourite folder from the context menu.

1. Provide the folder with a Name*.*
2. Optionally, you can share the folder with other users. For details, see later in this manual.
3. Click Save.
