Folders are the elements of the organization tree that are located under cases. They may include other folders and documents.

It is possible to create the following types of folders in DocuNote:

• Document folder
• Media folder
• Form folder
• E-mail folder
• Agenda folder

Empty folders are displayed in Grey color everywhere in DocuNote:
