Digital post window consists of a filter (1), a toolbar for Shipments (2), and a toolbar for Shipment recipients (3)
Depending on the shipment status, different options will be available. This also applies to the right-click menu for individual shipments.

From DocuNote Version 6.6, the filter can be used to further narrow down the display of shipments than individual fixed time intervals in previous versions. See the table below for the various filtering options.
| Status | Dropdown menu, provides the possibility to filter on the immediate status of the shipment; Not started, Running, Completed, Completed with errors, Withdrawn. |

| Started by | Shows the shipments initiated by the selected users. Press the plus sign to search for users, or fill in manually. |
| Started | Here you can choose predefined time periods such as Today, This year, Last week... by clicking on the envelope with a hand. Alternatively, the From and To fields can be filled in for a self-selected time period. Press the calendar icon to navigate to the desired date, or fill in manually. |
| Delivery date | As above, you can filter on when the shipments are/to be delivered. Note; Shipments without a selected delivery date are not displayed. (read about delivery date in this guide; Send documents to digital post - user guide (Distribution to digital mail - Send documents) |
