Committees overview

Agenda browser represents information about created committees in Agenda module. The information is available for DocuNote users.

To navigate to the browser, in DocuNote, click Tasks tab.

By expanding Agenda section, you will view all created committees with meetings inside.

Agenda Notifications

When the agenda content (agenda, appendix or minutes) is published internally, all the agenda participants receive automatic Notifications.

<aside> ⚠️ Please note:

• To disable notifications for published agenda content, make sure to set the appropriate settings in the Agenda settings section.
• Only users with appropriate permissions are able to receive notifications. For more information on the permissions, see Agenda permissions </aside>

The notifications can be accessed and managed in the Tasks*>*Agenda section. They are sorted by date and classified into 3 categories:

• Notifications- all agenda items that need your attention right now;
• Snoozed - the agenda items that do not require your attention for a few hours, days or weeks;
• Done - the agenda items that have been sorted out.

Managing items

When pointing over the agenda item, the user can click one of the following icon:

• Follow - locates the published content. Double-clicking the entry performs the same action.
