1: Before ordering the upgrade, it is important that you have considered the system requirements for the software to be upgraded to (DocuNote System requirements) and whether your servers are running the platforms supported for the version of the software to be upgraded to (DocuNote platform support).
2: If it turns out at the time of the upgrade that the upgrade must be discontinued due to system requirements not being met or server platforms are not sufficient, reserved time will still be charged. Any technical issues should therefore be clarified in advance.
