As administrator, you can create the taxonomy structure manually

Creating taxonomy strcuture manually
The taxonomy record can be created as a sub-item to the existing item. To create a new taxonomy item:
- Right-click the existing taxonomy item and select Create from the context menu.

- Provide the item with the unique identifiers, such as Alias and Name*.*

- Optionally, you can enter the Description*.*
- Decide whether it will be Folder or Topic*.*
- When done, click Save.
