Overview

Module role includes permissions which define the rights and levels of access when working with specific module. For example, you might want to deny access to some advanced additional modules.

Creating module role

To create a new module role:

1. Click DocuNote tab, then click System Setup*.*
2. In the left navigation panel switch to Roles and Permissions*.*
3. Click Roles*.*
4. Click New and select Module role*.*

1. Provide the new role with the name and description.
2. Activate the needed functions by selecting the check-boxes available in the list. To learn more about each function, see later in this manual.
3. Save your changes.
