One of the neat features in DocuNote is the ability to send documents to mail recipients via your e-mail client. This can be easily handled by using Send to menu (Send document to - user guide) and then pointing to E-mail option.
Another great option is sending e-mails to contacts listed in DocuNote address book. You may find it helpful, if your mail client's database does not contain the needed e-mail address.
What is more, the contact or user can be linked to one or more documents or pictures, or even cases. In that case, this contact's/user's address will be offered as default one to sent to. For more information about linking documents and cases to specific contacts/users, see Send document to contact by e-mail - setup parties field
