Overview

Before you or your users can get the most benefit when searching for content in DocuNote, you can create a number of custom search templates. Search templates contain a number of criteria to apply and can be accessed quickly in the Explorer panel. For more information, please, check the User guide (Saving search criteria).

By default, there are 3 predefined search templates:


Creating a new search template

To add a new search template, go to DocuNote tab and then click Search templates manager*.*

In the Search template manager window you can add new search templates or work withexisting ones.

To add new search template, first choose the cateogry of the items that you want to look for using this template.

From the dropdown menu you can select the template format whether it's a Case, Document, Folder, Archive cabinet or General.

After selecting the category, click Add
