DocuNote allows users to save the criteria used for any search, greatly reducing the time it takes to retrieve data. What is more, users can set up which groups and users should have permissions to use saved searches.

Finding your settings

As administrator, please check if appropriate permissions are set up:

1. Click DocuNote tab, and then click System Setup*.*
2. In the left navigation panel switch to Roles and Permissions*.*
3. Click Roles and edit the Module Role*.*
4. Check if permissions described in the table below are enabled under the Search module.
5. Click the Save to apply your changes.
