Overview

1. After you have entered your search entries and have clicked the Search button, your results will be listed either in List, Detailed or Custom view (Column views).
2. The icon at the top of the item area shows the document format.
3. The green bar indicates the document relevance to the specified search criteria.

Applying view

The returned items can be viewed in one of the following mode:

• List view - the data is presented in a simple, vertically-scrolling view;
• Detailed view - let you preview the data without opening an external application;
• Custom view - let you apply the view with custom metadata. For details, see Column views.

<aside> 💡 Tips:

• When List view is activated, you can select multiple documents using CTRL and SHIFT keys.
• When the returned item contains the attachment, the "plus" icon is displayed next to it letting you expand/collapse the view. The attachments are highlighted in yellow.
