Overview

Now you can make screenshots and quickly save them directly into DocuNote using the Windows clipboard functionality.

• From DocuNote version 6.9, “The New Outlook”-add-in is supported for the most used features

Saving images

It is possible to save an image from Windows clipboard in two ways, using the context menu Paste from Windows clipboard or by Copy & Paste keyboard combination.

For example, you can open an existing image in some image editor, then you would mark an area and copy it using Ctrl+C. Then you can save the selected area from the image in DocuNote.

To save an image in the necessary location:

1. Copy an image.
2. Navigate to the location where you want to place the image.
3. Do one of the following:

• Right-click on the empty area and select Paste from Windows clipboard from the context menu;
• Perform Ctrl+V key combination on the keyboard.

1. The confirmation dialog is displayed, click Yes.
2. Specify the relevant parameters (see more about import here Documents - Importing) and click Next, then Import.
