Overview

Phrase library provides users with access to the central repository with text phrases that can be easily processed in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Finding your settings

Please check the following setting under Settings>Office integration settings.

Setting Description
(533) Enable advanced pane in MS Office Activates the Phrase library add-in in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
(583) Expand/collapse Phrase library tree structure Sets the default expanded/collapsed view for the Phrase library tree structure:
• All expanded - the tree structure is displayed in the expanded view by default;
• All collapsed - the tree structure is displayed in the collapsed view by default;
• Remember last used - last collapsed/expanded state for every folder/subfolder is remembered per user.

Granting Permissions

Permissions to the Phrase library are granted based on Template roles

To grant permissions to the Phrase library, follow these steps:

  1. Click on DocuNote to access Backstage panel
  2. Select Templates
  3. Right click on Phrase library
