Overview

Template roles allow you to control the access and permissions for specific templates.

You can control who can see particular templates during document creation.

You can learn more about creating document from template on Quick User Guide (Dokumenter - Opret dokument) manual.

Finding your settings

Before you start assigning permissions to templates, you need to make sure this functionality is enabled in General settings.

  1. Click the DocuNote tab, and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click Documents*.*

  1. Check the settings Check permission for template - If the setting is set to Yes, then the permissions could be assigned to the template folders.
  2. Save your changes, if any.
