The setting described below let you set up the Office integration.

Settings

To edit Office Integration settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Click DocuNote to navigate to the Backstage panel and open Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click Office integration*.*
  3. Check the following settings:

Setting Description
(533) Enable advanced pane in Word Activates the Phrase library add-in in MS Word.
(583) Expand/collapse Phrase library tree structure Sets the default expanded/collapsed view for the Phrase library tree structure:

- All expanded - the tree structure is displayed in the expanded view by default; - All collapsed - the tree structure is displayed in the collapsed view by defaul**t;

**- Meeting requests

- Checked - the Attachments panel is activated by default with the list of attachments being preselected.

Tip:  Right-click within the field and use the Insert tag context menu to apply the supported tag. | | Default document category for daily mail | Sets the default document category for daily mail documents. |
