Overview

The settings described below let you set up the connection between DocuNote and geo-data client.

Finding your settings

  1. Access the Backstage panel, and under Systemadministration click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click Map integration*.*
  3. Check the following settings:

(517) Use OpenStreet maps Let you use the OpenStreet maps for geolocations services. Otherwise, the maps layers defined under System setup will be used.
(518) Default map coordinates Defines the mapping coordinates applied by default. Must be specified in the pattern [latitude,longitude].

Tip: Clicking the icon next to the field, let you easily define the cooridinates. | | AWS (Address Web Services) methods | All discontinued from DocuNote version 26.1 | | (508) Autocomplete | The request URL to the web service that initiates the address lookup process. In the URL, "{0}" is inserted where DocuNote should insert the text the user has entered in the address field. | | (509) Reverse Geocoding | The request URL to the web service that converts geographic coordinates into a human-readable address. In the URL, "{0}" and “{1}” is inserted where DocuNote should insert lattitude and longitude | | (510) Coordinates by address | The request URL to the web service that retrieves geographical coordinates by given address. In the URL, "{0}" is inserted where DocuNote should insert the address | | KMS (Danish Geodata Agency) methods | | | (511) User name | If required, the credentials should be provided. | | (512) Password | If required, the credentials should be provided. | | Confirm password | If required, the credentials should be provided. | | (514) Search area | Defines the coordinate area within which cadastral data on cases can be searched.
