The pro-forma PDF document is similar to the actual PDF document. The difference is that a pro-forma PDF could be generated before the relevant meeting is locked to ensure that the actual PDF document has no spelling mistakes, layout issues, etc.
During the agenda workflow, you can generate the following pro-forma items:
The mentioned options could be accessed in the context menu when right-clicking the meeting.
When the agenda is locked, you can generate the main agenda document in PDF format, by right-clicking the meeting and selecting Generate agenda from the context menu.
Alternatively, you can click Generate on the ribbon bar. Agenda can be also generated while meeting locking.
The newly generated PDF could be previewed by clicking meeting properties>Preview tab.
