Overview

An agenda meeting consists of a series of manual processes composed in a flow. Throughout this flow, an agenda and minutes must be created, and a supplementary agenda can be added (see 3.1 Appendix - Agenda (User)).

For each of these elements, a proforma version can also be created as a kind of test to ensure that the actual PDF document does not have spelling errors, layout issues, etc.

Where you are in the flow determines which elements you can generate.
