Overview

The External Publish module makes it easy to publish the documents from DocuNote to external document management portal servers (like IntraNote Infobase).

Finding your settings

  1. Click the DocuNote tab, and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click External publishing*.*
  3. Check the following settings:

(89) Republish to external site when new major version is checked in
• Ask - when a new major version of the document is checked in, the user is prompted whether or not to republish document to the external site;
• Republish automatically - when a new major version of the document is checked in, it will be automatically republished to the external site;
• Do nothing - no system check is done when new major version of the document is checked in.
(163) Allow document delete which has been published externally Let users move the document, which has been published externally, to the Recycle bin.
