Document flow types lets you customize special mini-workflows on documents, called "document flows". For details, see User guide (Document flow).
By default, there are 2 predefined document flow types available to use:
In addition, you can create your own custom document flow types.
To create a new document flow type:

Responses | Defines the responses that will be available for selection when responding to the document flow task. The responses can be interpreted by the system as: |
• Positive - the value is considered as positive. • Positive + stop flow - the value is considered as positive. All not completed tasks should be withdrawn and the flow completed. • Negative - the value is considered as negative. • Negative + stop flow - the value is considered as negative. • Parallel - all participants receive their tasks simultaneously. • Sequential - tasks are assigned to participants one at a time. | | Sign method | Allows you to secure the actors responses to the task.
