Overview

Displays the web portal directory in DocuNote.

Button "Preview" on document explorer's ribbon bar gives you an option to preview selected document in a read only mode.

To preview documents on the Web portal, Docunote Web Edition uses a local “Telerik PDF viewer” for portable document format (.pdf) - This supports compliancy with GDPR requirements, by avoiding online browser functionality.

For photos, videos and other supported file formats DNWE uses its built-in control.

The Search box at the top lets you perform a search within a selected case, folder or through the whole organization. Once you type the text and press Enter the Explorer panel will list the results that match the specified "free text" criterion.

By default, all the items and search results will be sorted by title. To sort the items by other parameters, click the relevant column.
