DocuNote AD Syncronization Service

This service takes care of syncronizing users and groups from Active Directory if initiated from DocuNote Client. 5 minutes after the services starts it will process new or modification of users and groups. The AD Syncronization Service will automatically be triggered by the Optimization Service every night at 01:00 local time. For configuration details see AD synchronization manager

DocuNote CVR Service

Used for CVR integration feature in DocuNote. For details see CVR

DocuNote Digital Post Service

Communication with Digital Post will require this service running.

DocuNote dtSearch Indexing Service

This service handles all updates and modifications to objects in DocuNote. These are done by DocuNote Users or Workflow processes. When objects has been indexed, you will be able to search for these objects by the Search function in DocuNote. For details see Setting - Search

• On the server where the index files are located, the available disk space should be at least three times the size of the index files. This ensures that the index files have room to grow and be compressed. </aside>
