Overview

AD Synchronization Manager is a tool that enables your organization to synchronize user accounts, groups, and attributes from the local Active Directory (AD) to DocuNote. This ensures that all users and their associated information in DocuNote are always up-to-date with the latest data from AD, minimizing manual maintenance and reducing the risk of errors.

With this feature, administrators can automatically import and maintain users and groups from AD, so that permissions and roles in DocuNote reflect changes in AD, such as new hires, changes in department structure, or users' contact information. This way, DocuNote's access control becomes consistent and synchronized with the organization's existing IT infrastructure, saving time and improving security.

This feature is particularly useful for larger organizations that have many users and need their systems to always be up-to-date with their employee data. It ensures that all changes in AD are quickly reflected in DocuNote, without requiring manual processing.
