Introduction

Address book allows you to organize and manage all of your contact information about individuals and companies.

The Address book supports contact lists and groups for DocuNote users that help you store the data in a hierarchical structure.

In addition, you can merge contact information from the address book into your documents (see Merge person information and Distribution to digital mail - Setup of merge document with addressbook source).

DocuNote uses paging to display the list of Contacts and Users.

It is possible to define the Number of items per page via Address book - Settings settings

Click Get next number of items to load more items.

From the Address book, you can:
