To create a a web space in DocuNote client:
- In DocuNote, right-click the file and select Other functions> Create portal.

- The organizational permission Create web space should be granted to user to manage web spaces in DocuNote client.
</aside>
- Provide the file space with the Title.
- Specify the Alias (the alternate name that will used in the URL).
- Select the space template.
- Click Create.

💡 Tips:
- You can remove your file space by clearing the Enable file space check box.
- The URL for accessing your web page is generated automatically and is displayed at the bottom of the form.
