• web portal can be created only on files in DocuNote client.
• The organizational permission Create portal should be granted to user to manage web portals in DocuNote client. (See Organizational roles - Roles & Permissions) </aside>

To create a a web portal in DocuNote client:

1. In DocuNote, right-click the file and select Other functions> Create portal.

   

   

2. Provide the file space with the Title.

3. Specify the Alias (the alternate name that will used in the URL).

4. Select the portal template.

5. Click Create.

• You can remove your file space by clearing the Enable Portal check box.

• The URL for accessing your web page is generated automatically and is displayed at the bottom of the form.
• From DocuNote version 26.1 the web activated state is now also available as a system column, making it possible to use it in list views, search filters and saved searches as a complement to the visual indicator. (See more about Column views) </aside>
