• web spaces can be created only on files in DocuNote client.
• The organizational permission Create portal should be granted to user to manage web portals in DocuNote client. (See Organizational roles - Roles & Permissions) </aside>

To create a a web space in DocuNote client:

1. In DocuNote, right-click the file and select Other functions> Create portal.

   

   

2. Provide the file space with the Title.

3. Specify the Alias (the alternate name that will used in the URL).

4. Select the space template.

5. Click Create.

• You can remove your file space by clearing the Enable file space check box.
