Committee directories help you organize agenda activities by forming internal teams that can share information and ideas on agenda meetings.
Committees can be further organized into virtual folders to manage your committee lists more effectively.
You can browse through available committees with the help of Agenda navigation tree on the left.

Each committee has some predefined folders that are automatically generated at committee creation:
- Drafts - the folder where agenda items are usually created and edited;
- Queue - the folder with agenda items that are ready to be uploaded to the agenda meeting. Contained agenda items can be edited. This folder stores all items originated from organization;
- Fixed items - the folder with fixed agenda items associated with the given committee that can be easily uploaded to the committee's meeting;
- Agenda management - a virtual folder that contains meetings and associated agenda items. One can make final adjustments to agenda items, sort them, etc.
- Outbox - the folder is a temporary storage for agenda items dedicated for further processing with the agenda items for one more meeting. In this folder agenda items can be edited before being moved to the appropriate committee.
