Overview

DocuNote Outlook add-in makes it possible to attach documents or the references to the documents to an outgoing e-mail message or appointment. You will no longer have to open DocuNote client while working in Outlook.

Starting from DocuNote version 5.8 it is possible to attach documents from all your Favourites.

You can expand the folders and cases nested under your favourites inside Outlook add-in to easily find the items you need.

Attaching DocuNote items

To attach a document to an outgoing e-mail message:

  1. On the Message tab, in the DocuNote group, click Attach DocuNote item.
  2. You can browse all of the DocuNote content in the open window and after selecting the the necessary document, choose in which format you want to attach it.

You can select multiple documents and their attachments at once by using CTRL or SHIFT keys.

Click Attach to enclose the document to the e-mail. Alternatively, you can enclose the document in PDF, DNO or URL formats by clicking respectively named buttons on the ribbon bar.
