Overview
DocuNote Outlook add-in makes it possible to attach documents or the references to the documents to an outgoing e-mail message or appointment. You will no longer have to open DocuNote client while working in Outlook.

- When attaching a document to your email, Outlook add-in will provide you with the latest version (draft or published) you have permission to access.

Attaching DocuNote items
To attach a document to an outgoing e-mail message:
- On the Message tab, in the DocuNote group, click Attach DocuNote item.
- You can browse all of the DocuNote content in the open window and after selecting the the necessary document, choose in which format you want to attach it.
- Click Attach to enclose the document to the e-mail. Alternatively, you can enclose the document in PDF, DNO or URL formats by clicking respectively named buttons on the ribbon bar.

💡 Tips:
- You can select multiple documents and their attachments at once by using CTRL or SHIFT keys.
- You can view information about date and time when a document was last edited. This will make it easier to distinguish documents with the same or similar names.
- You can also attach a DocuNote item to your e-mail by simply dragging it from the DocuNote window into your message body
