Overview

A member function in the Agenda module is the function that a member can have in a committee under the agenda, and describes how the person participates, e.g.:

When you set up agenda member functions in the system setup, you create this list of possible roles, which you can later assign to members and stakeholders on the committee's properties form, and merge them in via the template for the agenda or agenda item (see Merging fields for Agenda templates - Agenda (Adm.))

The agenda member functions are specified when setting up members and stakeholders (Adding members and stakeholders - Agenda (Adm.)) on the committee's Properties form.


Add a new member function:

  1. Click DocuNote tab, and then click System Setup*.*
  2. On the ribbon bar, in the Lists section, click Agenda member functions*.*

  1. Click Add.
  2. Provide the name for the new function.
