The agenda member functions are specified when setting up members and stakeholders (Adding members and stakeholders) on the committee's Properties form.

To add a new member function:

1. Click DocuNote tab, and then click System Setup*.*
2. On the ribbon bar, in the Lists section, click Agenda member functions*.*

1. Click Add.
2. Provide the name for the new function.
