A vCard, or "virtual address card," is a standard method of exchanging virtual business cards between applications. DocuNote address book allows you to generate vCards for persons and companies from your contact lists as well as for users resided in the user groups.

To create a vCard:

1. Select the contact, company or user of your choice.
2. On the ribbon bar, click the Open vCard.

• Alternatively, you create a vCard by opening the contact's Properties form and clicking the Open vCard button on the toolstrip. </aside>

The Microsoft Outlook will start up with the vCard generated. You can make changes and save it in Microsoft Outlook contact list.
